If you’re looking for the perfect getaway from the frenzy of the city, you’ve arrived at the right place. We’re only 1.5 hours (142 km) from Cape Town in the sleepy town of Port Owen (located right on the Berg River mouth near Velddrif).

When you come stay with us, you have two options:
OPTION 1: West Coast Bed And Breakfast – Let us make you breakfast each morning so you can lie in and enjoy your holiday with us.
OPTION 2: West Coast Self Catering – Bring your own food and use the fully equipped kitchen in your guest house.
What you get when you come stay on the West Coast with us:
- Your self catering cottage has a lounge, fully equipped kitchen and en-suite bathroom. Your queen size bed TWO adults and we can also cater for 2 children.
- Free Wi-Fi.
- Laundry service.
- Private entrance, private garden and access to the Berg River
(20m from your room) - Secure off-street parking.
- All food cooked with fresh vegetables from our organic garden. We also have a pizza oven and barbeque should you with to use them.
- Fresh honey and honey-comb from our own bee hive

The West Coast is famous for its bird life, fresh fish, carpets of spring flowers, water sports and clear night skies for star gazing.
Things For You To Do:
- Sleep in late and wake up to the sound of birds singing.
- At night, enjoy a glass of our local wine as you gaze at the stars.
- Deep sea sailing trips on our 40 foot sail boat
- Beach walks and sun tanning just 5 minutes away (beach towels and umbrella provided)
